Switchgear

We plan, build, deliver and install the switch and control cabinets, in particular for signal processing and control of the delivered:

• meters
• fittings / instruments
• pumps
• agitators
• trace heating
• scales
• etc.

As independent switchgear for solving customer-specific tasks or as subsystems for integration into on-site switchgear. The configurations will be created with EPLAN Electric P8.

Control Visualization / Process Control System

Controls

The PLC programs for SIMATIC controllers of the S7-300, S7-1200 and 1500 series are created with Step7. The visualizations are created with WinCCFlexible or TIA Portal.

Conventional Operating Controls

Conventional Operating Controls, as signal lamps or pushbuttons, are suitable for smaller plants and on-site operator stations. They are used both outside and inside the Atex area to control the system.

Operator Terminals (operator and touch panels)

On the graphic display of an operator terminal plants can be visualized by smaller costs. They have the following key advantages:

• • clear presentation of the plant operating status
  • display of analog values as a numerical value, bar or as a trend graph
  • input and output fields for setting and observing the plant parameter
  • alarm system to display current or historical faults in clear words
  • there is also the possibility of using the Atex range

PC-based process visualization

For a larger number of process variables, testing facilities and a variety of complex images for observation of the individual plant components, PC-aided visualization systems are preferably used. The advantages of using the PC platform (higher storage capacity and performance compared to operator panels, standard operating system, low-cost remote access) also benefit from the measured value and message archive.
