In production efficient heat transfer is always a prerequisite for economical processes with high efficiency. The more accurate and application-oriented are their calculation and construction, the sooner the heat exchanger can be perfectly fitted into the respective system. Given accurate information about the application and interpretation of equipment are necessary. We use this information and our longstanding experience in the calculation, design and manufacture of heat exchangers daily. Another feature of the customer is the cleanability of the heat exchangers used. Only certain types of heat exchangers can also be built pig-capable, including the associated technology.

There are the following tools for optimal construction of the heat exchanger tubes:
- Expanding apparatus: the mechanical-hydraulic expansion of tube-ends or weld preparation before welding the pipes in the tube sheet
- Welding head for orbital welding: for welds on flush or slightly protruding tubes in TIG method (141), tube dimensions from 10 mm to 60.3 mm diameter
- Rolling device: to create the welded pipes, thus the heat exchanger has no gaps inside. By controlling the delay of the off-torque the prime mover can be adjusted; it ensures compliance with the set „tube expansion“ when rolling
