Reactor was designed and approved according to EN 13445 | Special feature: 6 pcs. pressure chambers and heating by means of half-pipe coils and additional heating of the nozzles and supporting structure Material 1.4541
A precise manufacturing and a thorough review of the finished product are according to the requirements of the specifications or guarantee to ensure smooth operations of our customers. Installations requiring pressure vessels are taken by the relevant inspection services such as TÜV Süd. The materials used in container construction as high quality stainless steel, Hastelloy, aluminum or copper are used as well as other materials that are used specifically to our customers‘ request.
The surfaces of the materials can be processed or coated as follows:
- stained, honed, brushed, polished mechanically or e-polished
- cold-rolled, hot-rolled, explosion-cladded, roll-bonded or plated
- glass bead blasted
- painted
We can offer you the following versions:

- firmly welded with double jacket, coils, heating or cooling ducts
- with insulation jacket, screwed or riveted
- steam / water / electric heating
- with agitator e.g. from the top, side or magnetic stirrer from below
- dryer shaft with or without heating
- with individual equipment temperature and content measurement, sampling, cleaning, etc.
- container lid e.g. as quick or flanged
- atmospheric or pressure tanks according to AD 2000
- new and used
- etc.
